Cancellation by MovieBuddie: Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading us to cancel your order, such as item unavailability or quality concerns. In such cases, we will promptly inform you and provide a full refund.
Refund Policy:
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive merchandise that is damaged or defective, kindly notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. We may request photo evidence to assess the damage. Subsequently, we will offer you the option of receiving a replacement or a full refund.
Incorrect Item Received: In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you. Alternatively, if you prefer, we will issue a full refund.
